At Mike Tilton Quality plumbing and Heating I try to be as upfront about our pricing as I can because I feel it will help you trust me and will avoid problems. Here is a quick example of how you can expect to be charged when you call mike tilton plumbing and heating for any and all of your needs.

A plumber or a plumber and a helper is charged $90 per hour. This is the base rate.

Additional helpers or laborers will cost an extra $40 per hand.

For after hours and weekends, the charge is $105 per hour for plumber or plumber and helper.

Additional helpers or laborers after hours will remain $40 per hour.

Some examples:

If we are called out to unstop a toilet (or any other small service repair) then you will be charged $90 for the plumber's 1st hr assuming of course it's just the toilet and the plumber is complete in one hour or less.
Labor charges after the 1st hour will be in 30 min increments.
To unstop main sewer and/or grease lines with accessible floor or ground cleanouts is $105. If multiple lines are required to be cabled then it goes to a time charge. The $105 covers the 1st hour then it's an extra $50 per 30 minutes thereafter until the job is done.
If a sewer has to be unstopped from the roof or we have to dig up the sewer main to unstop it, the charge is $125 for the first hour then $60 per 30 minutes.
All other cabling (sinks, urinals, etc.) is charged the hourly rate noted above, $90.There will be a machine charge.

Estimates for work to be done are available at anytime for any job. Just inform us you would like a price written up and we will be happy to do so in a timely manner. There is no job too large or too small for us.
